CHAKRA COURSE 2 DAY
The word Chakra actually means wheel and comes from a very old language called Sanskrit.
There are 7 main chakra's which have a front and rear aspect and these are electochemical collecting points for areas of conflict and development.
The traditional eastern philosophers have always known about the chakra centres as it was part of life and if someone was sick or ill the chakra centre's would be part of the healing process.
You will learn that each chakra responds to a organ and gland and resonates to a colour
How to balance each chakra using a variety of exercises
How each negative chakra can affect you
How to recognise a negative chakra for example the base chakra this responds to the colour red and if their is disharmony in the chakra it will be diffcult to move forward, you might have a build up of fat on the buttocks and/or thighs, cold fingers and toes, constipation just to name a few.
However although we will initially look at the chakra's seperately, we will move onto the connections between certain chakra's
There will some meditation to balance the chakra's, and we will colour and white light to do this as well as other exercises without meditation.
Your will also learn how to shut down the Solar Plexus when you feel somone is draining you.
Also the position of each chakra.
Because the classes are small it makes learning pleasant and easy.
This is a continuation on from Day 1 and it is essentail that you have either attended Day 1 or have the appropriate knowledge from Day 1 to attend this class
